Dogwood Hall is centrally located just minutes from the Student Recreation Complex and is just a few steps from the Pershing Hall Mizzou Market. Because this hall is open over breaks, it is a little bit more expensive. However the rooms are a bit larger than the average residence hall. Dogwood houses several Freshman Interest Groups and Learning Communities and is open to all students.

Dogwood has three floors that are lined with traditional single rooms, traditional double rooms and four-person single suites. Single spaces are limited, and returning students are given priority on housing so they fill up quickly. The suites and handicapped-accessible rooms have their own bathrooms with showers, sinks and a toilet, while the single and double rooms operate on a community style restroom system. Each room has central air conditioning, height adjustable beds, a desk, shelf and set of three drawers as well as cable and high speed internet. Dogwood has its own laundry room located in the basement and is fully equipped with high efficiency washers and dryers, all of which can be viewed through Mizzou LaundryView.

Dogwood is just a five-minute walk from Johnston Hall’s Eva J’s and Dobb’s at the Pavillion dining halls. The School of Health Professions is literally outside of the back door of Dogwood, so this facility is popular with medical students.
