The Reserve

Aside from being off-campus, The Reserve offers many of the amenities students become accustomed to in the residence halls their freshman year. Regardless of the unit leased, each apartment comes with its own washer and dryer that can handle small to extra large loads. Units range from studios to two bedroom, two bathroom all the way to four bedroom, four bathroom. Depending on your roommate situation, you can participate in a roommate selection process, either by yourself or with friends.

Students who are ready to get off of the Campus Dining Services meal plan can cultivate their culinary skills, as each apartment comes equipped with a kitchen. But, the kitchens are small and hard to maneuver around. Cable and internet are provided in your monthly rent, which ranges from over $600 for the one bedroom, one bathroom, to about $400 for the four bedroom, two bathroom. Monthly rent does not include the monthly utility costs, which can vary depending on how energy-efficient you and your roommates are. All units are furnished, but are in a sad state of affairs. Renovations are supposed to happen this semester.

A shuttle runs daily from starting at 7:10 and goes through 1:35 a.m. On Saturday, there is only a night shuttle and on Sunday the shuttle starts at 12:15 p.m. The shuttle is free to residents with a bus pass.
