Log Hill Run

Log Hill Run Duplexes are located off Providence Road and Commercial Drive. Each apartment features a two-car garage, private patio, lawn care and maintenance services as well as a fully furnished kitchen with a dining bar, washer and dryer and large living area. Log Hill Run has a variety of units, including four-bedroom three-bath, four-bedroom-two and a half-bath and three-bedroom three-bath, each of which follow a two-story plan. Some units even have a walkout basement as well.

Each bedroom is carpeted, and the bathrooms and kitchens of each unit are tiled. Bathrooms connect two bedrooms upstairs and feature dual vanities and a full bath. Downstairs in the furnished laundry room there is a half-bath, which includes a sink and toilet.

Some units have a balcony without stairs to the back lawn but offers students a place to relax and do homework during nice weather. There is also a sand volleyball court for students to relax and enjoy the sun.

If you are planning to live at Log Hill Run expect to park along the street. Residents do not often use their garages for parking purposes, because it inconveniences their other roommates when they have to move their car early in the morning. Some of the units have enough space in the driveways for four cars, while others do not. There is additional parking along the edge of the neighborhood for visitors as well as residents.

Log Hill Run is located about 15 minutes from the MU Student Center and students often buy commuter parking passes and ride the MU provided shuttles to campus. While there are no dining facilities at Log Hill Run there are severalrestaurants in the area as well as a Hy-Vee on Providence.
