Copper Beech Townhomes is located at the corner of Old 63 and Grindstone Parkway. From Copper Beech, Greenway Shuttles make campus easily accessible, which run from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Copper Beech’s biggest positive is the space. The standard four bedroom townhomes have bedrooms a little bigger than the size of a dorm room. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom and a spacious closet. The main floor has a spacious living room, connected to a large kitchen and a half bath. Laundry is located on the bottom floor. The three bedroom units are the same with the exception of an extra living room on the bottom floor that replaces one of the bedrooms.

For a small fee per month, the apartment can be furnished with the exception of a television. The quality of the provided furniture won’t blow you away, but if you have any problems, a maintenance worker can usually swing by the same day you call and fix it.

Utilities are not included, but usually work out to about $150-200 total each month. Because the units are relatively new, you won’t have any problems with mold, water pressure or heating/cooling. Finally, the clubhouse features a 24-hour, albeit modest, gym. There is also a pool table, foosball table and television in another part of the clubhouse. The rest of clubhouse is open until 6 p.m. and is available if you have any problems with your rent or apartment.
